AutoCap Group acquires Däckpoint i Mölndal – the first step in an ambitious expansion
Entrepreneur-led AutoCap Group today announces its first acquisition, as Däckpoint i Mölndal AB becomes part of the group. Däckpoint was founded in 2004 and has since been run by Martin Cederberg together with his team. The workshop is located in a strategic growth area in Mölndal, just outside Gothenburg. Martin and his team have built their position through a high level of service and specialist expertise in tyres for both cars and trucks. "Solving your tyre problems" is the company's promise. A focus on quality, competence and long-term thinking has made Däckpoint a valued choice for private customers and local businesses alike.
Through the acquisition, Däckpoint becomes part of an entrepreneur-driven group with the ambition of building a customer-oriented tyre workshop network. AutoCap Group sees this as the first in a series of planned acquisitions that will give the group a strong presence along the most important transport routes, where we will create a flexible and customer-centric service network.

Däckpoint will continue to operate under its current name and all employees will remain. Martin Cederberg becomes a co-owner in AutoCap Group and will contribute his experience and expertise to the continued expansion.
