Built by entrepreneurs. Run with discipline.
AutoCap Group is a Swedish consolidation platform for tire service centres. We acquire well-run workshops across Sweden, preserve their local brands, and provide the operational infrastructure - procurement, finance, digitalization, HR, marketing - that helps them compete at scale.
What we do differently
Sweden's tire services market is fragmented. Around 2,000 workshops serve customers across the country - most well-run, profitable businesses built over decades, often facing the same operational headwinds: rising input costs, administrative overhead, digitalization, and a generation of owners thinking about succession.
Consolidation is the natural response to a market structured this way. The question is how it's done.
AutoCap Group is built on the conviction that local identity is an asset, not a cost. We preserve the brands, the teams, and the customer relationships that made each workshop worth acquiring in the first place. We add value through shared procurement, centralized operations, and operational expertise — and we approach every acquisition as an operator, not a financial buyer looking for a quick exit.
Since founding, we've grown to 12 workshops from Mälardalen to Västra Götaland, with approximately 50 employees and revenues approaching 200 MSEK - and active expansion into new regions.
Our Mission
To build the leading tire services platform in Sweden by preserving local brands, empowering teams, and delivering operational excellence.
Our Vision
A future where independent workshops thrive as part of a larger network - keeping their identity while gaining the benefits of scale.
What Makes Us Different
We Preserve Brands
Your workshop name, your sign, your local identity - they stay exactly where they are. Svenska Dackgruppen is still Svenska Dackgruppen. Däckpoint is still Däckpoint. This isn't a policy we wrote - it's how the model works.
We Keep Teams
We don't restructure, we don't rotate staff, and we don't bring in outside management. The team and customer relationships are what makes your workshop worth acquiring in the first place. And in most cases, the selling entrepreneur stays on operationally - and reinvests alongside us as a co-owner in the wider group. You keep doing what you're best at, with more behind you.
We're Operators
Group-level purchasing power that lowers your input costs from day one. Shared finance and HR administration that frees up your time. Centralised business development, digitalisation, and back-office infrastructure. And a network of peers facing the same challenges you do. You drive the workshop and the customer relationships - we handle the rest.
We Think Long-Term
We approach valuation with discipline, and we move through the process efficiently. Eight to twelve weeks from first conversation to signed agreement, structured into clear steps. You'll know exactly where you stand at every stage - because we built this model ourselves, and we know what we'd want if we were on the other side of the table.
