Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This cookie policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on autocapgroup.se, what they do, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, work more efficiently, and provide information to website operators. Similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage) may also be used in comparable ways. In this policy we use "cookies" to refer collectively to all such technologies.

Cookies can be categorised by:

Duration: session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a set period.

Origin: first-party cookies are set by autocapgroup.se; third-party cookies are set by other domains we work with.

Purpose: strictly necessary, analytics/performance, functional, or marketing.

3. Cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the website to function correctly. They are set automatically and cannot be disabled.

• autocap_cookie_consent (first-party) — stores your cookie preferences. Duration: 12 months. • NEXT_LOCALE (first-party) — stores your selected language. Duration: 12 months. • cf_clearance, cf_chl_* (third-party, Cloudflare) — set when you complete a security check on a contact form. Duration: up to 30 days.

3.2 Analytics cookies

At the time of writing, no analytics cookies are active on the website. If we add an analytics provider in the future, it will only be activated after you give consent. We will update this policy accordingly.

3.3 Marketing cookies

We do not currently use marketing cookies. If we introduce them in the future, the same consent process will apply.

3.4 Third-party services

The website embeds map components served by Mapbox. When you view a page containing a map, Mapbox may set cookies and process technical data (including your IP address) to deliver map tiles. Their privacy notice is available at mapbox.com/legal/privacy.

4. How to manage your cookies

Via our cookie banner: you can change which optional cookies you accept at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.

Via your browser: most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies. Settings are typically found under "Privacy" or "Security" in your browser preferences. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from functioning correctly.

5. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how to interpret DNT signals, and we currently do not respond to them. We respect the choices you make through our cookie banner instead.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, in the services we work with, or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
