David Knape

CEO & Co-Founder

Serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in company building, finance, acquisition strategy, and brand development. Previously CEO of a Nasdaq First North-listed company. Has built and managed investments across e-commerce, FMCG, and technology. Leads AutoCap's buy-and-build strategy, from M&A and integration to the group's operating model and capital structure. Drives operational strategy, digitalisation and value creation across the platform, with a focus on standardisation, margin and scalable growth.

Niklas Norén

Chief Financial Officer

CFO with two decades across listed companies, PE-backed groups, and growth platforms. Most recently CFO of PE-backed elevator group Ascenco. Track record includes PE exit (Adven/EQT), M&A integration (Eltel Networks, Cybercom), and financial infrastructure build-out (PHM Group). Niklas leads AutoCap's group finance, covering reporting, planning and forecasting, and the financial integration of acquired companies into the group.

Nicklas Knape

Head of M&A & Co-Founder

Over fifteen years in the Nordic tire and automotive aftermarket. Career spans Pirelli, Goodyear (managing key Nordic accounts), and Gundlach Automotive (European aftermarket responsibility for Volvo Cars, Polestar, Ford, and Nio). Nicklas leads AutoCap's acquisition pipeline, operational integration, and supplier relationships - combining deep industry knowledge with hands-on commercial execution.

Magnus Stenblock

COO

Entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the Nordic tire services industry. Former owner of Mölndals Däckservice and Mölndals Bilverkstad, now a co-owner of AutoCap Group following the businesses joining the group in 2026. Magnus leads the operational development of AutoCap's workshop portfolio, with a focus on efficiency, regional synergies, and growth across Sweden.
