AutoCap Group acquires Tumba Gummiverkstad - the second step in an offensive expansion
Entrepreneur-led AutoCap Group continues its growth journey and today announces its second acquisition. Tumba Gummiverkstad AB in Botkyrka becomes part of the group. Founded in 1991, the company is run by Per Nilsson and his team. Over three decades, the business has built a strong local position as specialists in tire service, storage and wheel alignment. The workshop is affiliated with Däckpartner. Through the acquisition, Tumba Gummiverkstad joins an entrepreneur-driven group that is rapidly building a tire service network with a strong presence along Sweden's most important transport routes. AutoCap Group intends to develop the workshop further through shared resources in purchasing, logistics and digital systems, while preserving the local entrepreneurial spirit and customer relationships. The acquisition is the next step in the expansion plan launched with the purchase of Däckpoint i Mölndal, announced earlier this October.
