AutoCap Group Sweden AB, the Nordic tire services platform, has appointed Jolanta Kelly as Group Accounting Manager. Kelly took up the role on 5 October 2026 and is responsible for accounting and financial close, consolidation and group reporting across the group's companies.

The appointment is the next step in AutoCap's development from acquirer to integrated platform. Since its first acquisition in 2025, the group has added central capabilities one step at a time: a CFO and a COO in 2026, and shared resources in purchasing, logistics and digital systems. Throughout, every workshop has kept its local name, its team and its customer relationships. An in-house finance function is the natural continuation. It means one accounting standard, one closing process and consolidated reporting across the group, built to institutional standards from the start. The local businesses can focus on their customers while the group carries the administration.

Kelly brings more than 20 years in accounting and group reporting. She spent seven years responsible for the parent-company accounting of Bilia AB and Motorit AB, including annual reports under K3, group reporting, budgeting, analysis and forecasting. She went on to lead accounting and financial close at Office Management Gruppen and, most recently, at Märsta Förenade Åkeriföretag, where she owned the accounting, consolidation and group annual report for six companies. Earlier in her career she was a Management Accountant at Regus in London. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University and the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.

“A platform that grows through acquisitions is only as strong as its numbers. Bringing accounting and consolidation in-house gives us one standard across the group, and a close we control ourselves. Jolanta has done exactly this in multi-company groups, and her years at Bilia show the level of rigour we are building towards”

CFO, AutoCap Group

“What drew me to AutoCap is the chance to build a group finance function from the ground up while the group is growing. My focus is a fast, reliable monthly close and consolidated reporting that management and the board can trust, so that every new company that joins can be brought onto the same standard quickly”
