AutoCap Group continues its ambitious growth journey by acquiring two of the region's most highly regarded workshops: Mölndals Däckservice and Mölndals Bilverkstad. The acquisition marks an important milestone in the group's ambition to take a strong position at junctions that are strategic for the group.
AutoCap Group today announces that it has completed the acquisition of Mölndals Däckservice AB and Mölndals Bilverkstad AB (Mekonomen). By adding these two high-performing units to its portfolio, AutoCap reinforces its presence in the Gothenburg area with a complete solution spanning both tyres and advanced vehicle service.
Under Magnus Stenblock's leadership, the Mölndal sites have built a very strong reputation based on technical expertise and a customer loyalty that stands out in the industry.
