AutoCap Group Sweden AB appoints Magnus Stenblock as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Magnus, with more than 30 years of experience in the tyre and vehicle service industry, took up his new role on 8 June 2026 and assumes overall operational responsibility for the Group’s growing portfolio of workshops.

Over three decades, Magnus Stenblock built Mölndals Däckservice and Mölndals Bilverkstad into well-regarded operators in western Sweden. The companies were acquired by AutoCap Group in the first quarter of 2026, and in connection with the transaction Stenblock chose to reinvest as a co-owner in the Group - a clear vote of confidence in the platform’s direction. Magnus also brings eight years of experience as a board member of the workshop network Däckpartner.

Magnus is one of the most respected figures in the Swedish tyre industry. We have shown that our model works and that we can develop the workshops we acquire without diminishing the local commitment of the selling entrepreneurs — quite the opposite: we create synergies, knowledge-sharing and opportunities for improvement. AutoCap Group will maintain a high pace of acquisitions, where the integration of new acquisitions and day-to-day operations are handled in a smooth and structured way for our entrepreneurs, while improvement initiatives are rolled out across the entire portfolio. That calls for operational leadership at the highest level. Internal recruitment is not always a given, but with Stenblock’s deep experience, drive and commitment the choice was easy - we warmly welcome him to the team.

CEO, AutoCap Group

What convinced me was that AutoCap Group genuinely develops the workshops rather than simply acquiring them, while management and owners run both the Group and the individual acquisitions in a very open, entrepreneurial yet structured way. The early results show what is possible - smarter purchasing, continuous work with data, a strong grounding in sales and, not least, digitalization, all without losing the local character that customers come for. My task now is to take this further and ensure that we release that potential in every workshop as the platform grows.
