AutoCap Group acquires Verksta'n i Öxnered – the third step in an ambitious expansion
AutoCap Group continues its rapid expansion in the tyre industry and today announces its third acquisition: a company based in Vänersborg, right next to important supply routes in western Sweden. Verksta'n i Öxnered is a full-service tyre workshop offering professional services in tyre changes, tyre storage, and tyre and rim sales – for everything from passenger cars to wheel loaders. With long experience and first-class service, the team makes sure every customer travels safely in all weather. As the local tyre expert in Vänersborg for more than 25 years, it is known for fast, professional service and as a safe, reliable workshop.
Through the acquisition, Verksta'n i Öxnered becomes part of an entrepreneur-driven group building a fast-growing network of tyre workshops. AutoCap Group gives local workshops access to shared resources in digitalisation, logistics, purchasing and training, while allowing them to retain their strong local roots. Martin Tommysson, who owns and leads Verksta'n i Öxnered, is reinvesting part of the purchase price in AutoCap Group and becomes a co-owner in the group.
The acquisition follows the purchases of Däckpoint i Mölndal and Tumba Gummiverkstad, and further acquisitions are planned.
